Deidre Causton has been an avid equestrian for over 25 years, with experience ranging from competing nationally in the hunter jumper discipline, as well as continually learning and riding in dressage, reining, saddle seat, competition driving, and gymkhana events.

A firm believer in continuing education, she holds advanced diplomas from Durham College.
​
Currently, she is completing her Certified Equine Massage Therapy Course, CranioSacral, Kinesiology Taping, and Equine Myofascial Releasing - along with practicing as a Bowen Student Practitioner (Equi-Bow).
Not to be forgotten - you can oftentimes see Epona Therapy's canine mascot, Poppy - an energetic Australian Kelpie, tagging along behind Deidre during sessions!
